Abraham Kamler immigrates

to the US. He begins work in a

New York bike shop.

Abraham discovers
a deep love for cycling after
restoring old bikes.
He opens his own bike shop
and calls it Division Cyclery.

Abraham’s son, Phil, grew up around

bikes in the shop, as his father

worked. He didn’t like the shop as

much as his father had.

So he made something else -

his own company supplying

bikes and parts to stores all

over the Eastern United States.

He’d call it: Philkam Cycle.
